What sets Rooted Nutrition Coaching apart from other providers?

I bring together professional nutrition knowledge and hands-on experience in the martial arts world. My background includes:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, with experience in Canadian and American dietetic internship programs

  • Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification

  • Experience competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and fighting in Muay Thai

  • Coaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, giving me insight into training, recovery and performance

This combination of education and real-world experience allows me to provide guidance that is practical, evidence-informed, and tailored to athletes and active individuals.

How do I get started with Rooted Nutrition Coaching?

Start by booking a free 15 minute consultation. We'll talk about your goals, challenges and what you hope to get from coaching to see if it's a good fit. From there you can choose a single session, a three-session pack, or a longer term option for ongoing support. All sessions are online and flexible so they easily fit around your schedule or training.

Can I work with you if I don’t speak English?

Yes! I’m fluent in English, Spanish and French, and I work with clients from around the world. This allows me to provide guidance in the language you're most comfortable with, making our sessions clear, personal and easy to follow.
